out of emerg setting where costs soar. Rest of world has shown cost of 1st class care affordable. Private ins co costs wont b that much higher than single payer if profits regulated. FYI, even Medicare contracts out billpay/cust-serv 2 Ins Co(s).

lots of people complain about the republicans .. but by nov 2014 the shoe will be on the other foot. besides the young and health,, there is a sizable group of liberal minded middleclass voters that will object to the sticker shock of aca.

iit will be a fine day when more non republicans and democrates become elected . can you imagine how much better things would be if people like bernie sanders were the speaker and president.. we need to abolish cronyism 2 party system.

i remember willie brown as speaker would turn off the mic when people expressed things he didnt want to hear.. we need to revise the rules so that no minority can infringe on the majority will of the people.

i dont agree with the what the reps did.. but support their right to do it.. perhaps we need a new law that would require funding until a law is repealed..
the same accusation of gerrymandering, manipulating can be leveled at both demo and republican.
