AM 540 AM May 28 – June 1

We hope you enjoyed the first week of the expanded and earlier Morning Show on KRXA – AM 540 AM – and are enjoying the Memorial Weekend.  You will notice fewer guests this week Wednesday through Friday – we have a number of requests out and expect to flesh out the schedule by Tuesday afternoon.

Both Coach and I will be live in our Sand City studios all week.  Call (831) 899-5792 to join the festivities.

Growing pains are inevitable at this point but we know just how forbearing and supportive all of our listeners will be.  In fact, Coach and I have been surprised and delighted by the positive feedback we have received from many listeners – from whom we had not before heard.

Understandably, calls tended to be sparse in our first hour.  If you call then, you’ll have the best chance to talk to us for a few minutes rather than 30 to 60 seconds..

As always, we ask that you please forward this newsletter to any friend, relative, acquaintance, casual contact, frenemy, enemy, or nemesis, whom you think would enjoy learning about KRXA.

Don’t forget to become a facebook KRXA Five Forty Friend at www.facebook.com/groups/152169051511789/ or simply type fivefortyfriend into your Facebook search bar.

Here’s what’s on tap and do expect last-minute additions as always and especially this week:

Im listening from mn because you are not playing stephanie. Great decision!

I used to tune in early to listen to Stephanie Miller but now turn to NPR as your morning program isn’t of interest – she and her gang were very entertaining. I love Randi Rhodes at noon but then you have to interrupt her live for Culture Shock at 1 pm. Why you can’t broadcast them at 3 instead I don’t understand. I may turn to internet sources for her since I can’t call in to her show unless I’m listening live.
